Spray Painting & Coating
S0 we were chatting with our friend who wanted to change his car colour he bought this car originally it was purple but he wanted to keep it clean, the previous owner also had M2 bodykit , side fender, side markers and grille all with the M2 Emblem. Owner was a real humble person who wanted to just remove all the M2 badging and keep it clean!
He wanted a black car, so he was going overseas, what we suggested we will arrange a spray painter to spray his car while he is away and once it is done, (4-5 days) we will let it rest awhile before we apply a SONAX CC-EVO coating which takes 1 day to apply.
Ceramic Coating Timeline
Day 1: Sand down the previous paint so new coat can be applied.
Day 2: Noticed front bumper is abit uneven something heavy must have sit on it.
Day 3: Owner decided to repair so we will putty the bumper.
Day 4: Finish Spray Paint & Oven bake the paint work
Day 5-7: Place under the sun
Day 8: Polish away any lacquer / overspray / swirl marks
Day 9: Apply Sonax Base Coat and Gloss Coat
Day 10: QC , blackout the fender markers, front grille, change wheel caps 🙂
